Prior to seeking Jewell’s are forever i dealt with 7 day menstrual cycle every 28 days, cramping and heavy menstrual flow. After one vaginal steam my days cut down to 5. After experiencing my second v-steam Im happy with the results thus far my menstrual is not heavy and no cramps!!! I will forever v-steam.

Before the v steaming my cycle was not a regular cycle dealing with cramps that lasted multiple days & back pains . My flow was not consistent which started off as heavy. Now i have a regular (medium) flow with no cramps or pain at all. I highly recommend v steaming with Jewel!

Before trying the vsteam my 7 day cycle was very irregular, cramps were so painful and my flow was heavy from start to finish.
